Welcome to FCCT Cooperative
FCCT is the First Consolidated Cooperative Along Tañon Seaboards with head office on Poblacion, Municipality of Asturias, Province of Cebu, Philippines. It is an epitome of dying and struggling coops that fused together to be able to glow and grow into a bigger one which covers now the entire Visayas Region.
It grew from two workers in 1999 to 106 full-time staff, from P8M from the first consolidation to P135M as of October 2008; from only one poor office to 13 business centers with uniform bank-like image
It envisions to be the lead alternative access to help empower communities in Tañon Seaboards originally. The flagship program is now microfinance complemented with banking like savings mobilization from members, and few bundled ancillary services like money transfers.
FCCT had just passed its persion of turbulence. Now it is journeying with aggressiveness and care towards more relevance and usefulness in our society in sustained basis.
FCCT is now the result of two-time consolidations and three mergers of seven primary cooperatives:
